Sopana Yoga was started as way to promote Traditional Ancient Yoga – practices and teachings, throughout the community, Personal One to one training, corporate, hotels & gyms as a freelancer. We extend our services to provide Yoga Retreats at Nature space in order to aid yoga practitioners to deepen their individual self-practice and provide all that they need to have a care free vacation / enjoyable Yogic experience.

Yoga helps in tuning the mind’s frequency to that of the cosmos, thereby you start feeling oneness with the whole of creation. Sage “defines Yoga as the process of gaining mastery over mind.
